Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field

Current licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LMHC, LMHCA, LMFTA, etc.)

Minimum 2 years clinical experience

13.5 hours AIRM® Foundation Training (Level 1) – CEU through the Washington State Mental Health Counselors Association (WHMCA) 13.5 hours Advanced Applications Training (Level 2, 2 days) – CEU through the Washington State Mental Health Counselors Association (WHMCA) 5-hour consultation supervision with AIRM®-certified supervisor Approval of official application for AIRM® certification

Attachment theory and trauma-informed approaches

OCSB/Sex addiction treatment frameworks

Digital wellness and technology-related compulsions

Narrative therapy and systemic interventions

8-hour continuing education in AIRM® methods every two years – CEU through the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) Maintenance of primary licensure and ethics compliance $150 renewal fee every two years to maintain good standing
