Because AIRM™ provides access to digital training materials, downloadable resources, live webinars, and certification content, our refund policy reflects both the nature of online education and the value of protected intellectual property.
Courses & Digital Products
Due to the immediate access granted upon purchase, all course sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for:

AIRM™ online courses (Level 1, Level 2, Certification Program)

Digital downloads or training materials

Pre-recorded webinars
-
Bundled training packages
-
Missed live sessions (recordings are typically provided)
If you experience technical issues, we will work with you to restore access.
Live Webinars
Tickets for live webinars are non-refundable, but may be:

Transferred to another person with prior written notice, or
-
Exchanged for the webinar replay (if offered)
If AIRM™ must cancel or reschedule a webinar, all registrants will receive:

A full refund, or
-
A transfer to the next available date
Certification Programs
Because certification involves limited enrollment and individualized review:

All certification application fees are non-refundable.

Certification program tuition is non-refundable once access is granted.
If you cannot complete the program within the expected time frame, extensions may be available upon request.
Technical Issues
If you cannot access your course due to a technical error:

Contact us within 7 days of purchase

We will troubleshoot access issues at no additional cost

Lack of technical literacy does not qualify for refund eligibility
Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error, notify us within 7 days of the transaction. Verified billing errors will be refunded.
